Park Walk - Vuosaari Parks

Vuosaari is Helsinki's largest district, and this park walk takes you through the parkland between Columbus shopping centre, Aurinkolahti and the Uutela outdoor area. The route follows green corridors built along the Gulf of Finland shore, where architecture, plantings and nature interweave.

The starting point is Mustankivi park, a designed landscape with stone boulders, perennials, shrubs and meadows. At Aurinkolahti you encounter a built sandy beach and smooth rock formations shaped by nature. In Uutela, art combines with diverse nature and a natural landscape created along the canal.

The route begins from the end of Mustankivi park at Mustankivenraitti and is approximately 3.3 km long. The walk suits families with children and people with limited mobility who can maintain a leisurely pace.
