Senior Circus

Free summer programme from Helsinki's municipal community centres at the cultural venue Merirasti in July 2026.

In the circus workshops, participants learn simple and safe circus tricks, perform various exercises, and work with circus equipment - in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The activity is designed to maintain physical and mental vitality, and no previous circus experience is needed.

Comfortable and stretchy sportswear is all you need. Participation is free.
