Senior Circus

Free summer programme from Helsinki's community centres at the cultural venue Merirasti in July 2026!

In the circus workshops, participants learn various simple and safe circus tricks, exercises, and how to use circus equipment in a relaxed and fun way.

The activity is designed to maintain physical and mental vitality, and no previous circus experience is required.

For the workshop, you'll need comfortable and flexible sports clothes. The workshops are free.
