MIL-Espa: Finnish Defence Forces Conscript Band Concert Orchestra

MIL-Espa park concerts have been held during the summer in Esplanade Park since 1927. The concerts take place on the Espa stage on summer Fridays, with different military bands from across Finland taking turns performing.

The programme varies depending on the ensemble: classical wind music, big band, marches, or light entertainment music may be featured. The performers are always military musicians or conscripts completing their service in the orchestra.

Admission to the concerts is free.
