MIL-Espa: Navy Band and Military Musicians

The Navy Band takes the stage at Espa!

MIL-Espa park concerts have been held every summer since 1927 in Esplanade Park. Entertaining concerts are presented on the Espa stage on summer Fridays, with different military band ensembles from across Finland taking turns on stage.

The musical programme varies and may include, depending on the ensemble, classical wind music, big band, traditional marches, and light entertainment - or anything in between! The performers are always military musicians or conscripts completing their military service in the band.

Admission to the concerts is free, welcome!
