Jori Otsa

Jori Otsa and his orchestra perform some of the most beautiful and memorable folk songs, romances, schlagers and waltzes from the Baltic Sea region.

Between 2020 and 2022, Jori Otsa released a trilogy of three albums. The trilogy was based on recordings made famous by legendary Estonian singer Georg Otsa. The orchestra's fourth and final album "Selected Songs for a Random Life" was released in October 2024.

Jori Otsa's music and that of his orchestra is performed on acoustic instruments and represents a powerful interpretation of music from bygone eras, both in concert and on record.

The orchestra's instrumentation includes accordion, balalaikas, wind instruments, string instruments and backing vocalists.
