Austra (CAN) (K18)

Canadian indie-electronic artist Austra takes the stage at Tiivistämö on 5 August 2026. Producer and songwriter Katie Stelmanisin's alter ego has released five albums and toured clubs and concert halls for fifteen years - her last visit to Finland was in 2017.

The latest album "Chin up buttercup" moves toward a more club-oriented and danceable sound. Austra has cited Madonna's "Ray of Light" (1998) as a key reference. This summer, Austra is also touring with Moby.
