We Love Helsinki Midsummer Dance 2026

We Love Helsinki's Midsummer Dance spreads across Kaiku, Kammari, and Sixth Line, plus the outdoor terrace Kuisten. On three separate dance floors, We Love Helsinki's DJs spin throughout the midsummer weekend.

On Midsummer's Eve, Friday 19.6., the early evening (6 pm - 10 pm) is dedicated to classic Finnish golden-age schlager in dance-band style - waltzes, tangos, foxtrots, and schlager hits. Later in the evening (10 pm - 4:30 am) the doors open to Sixth Line and Kaiku, and the programme shifts to Finnish and international party hits, club classics, and midsummer-themed surprises.

On Midsummer's Day, Saturday 20.6., Kaiku fills with American swing, jazz, dixieland, and charleston - lindy hoppers and jazz and blues dancers welcome. Later in the evening (10 pm - 4:30 am) the midsummer celebration concludes with parties on Sixth Line and at Kaiku.

Following tradition, mixed company applies throughout the midsummer weekend. Festive dress in old-fashioned style is encouraged, and summer flowers as a crown accent fit the midsummer spirit particularly well. Tickets: 10-30 € from Ticketmaster. K-18.
