American EBM duo Youth Code returns to the stage after a five-year hiatus and brings their tour to Finland as well. The band performs at On the Rocks in Helsinki on Thursday, June 11 and at G Livelab in Tampere on Friday, June 12.

In Youth Code's music, led by Sara Taylor and Ryan George, you hear influences from New Order and Depeche Mode, but distinctly heavier and more aggressive. Their synth-pop and dance rock sound has been described as a fusion of steely industrial and angst-driven hardcore. The "Yours, With Malice" EP from spring 2025 is colored by 1990s industrial metal and machine groove influences, and in Sanford Parker's production, drums that thunder through the floor take center stage.

The band's early releases "A Place to Stand" (2014) and "Commitment to Complications" (2016) took Youth Code on tours with Chelsea Wolfe and Skinny Puppy, as well as to major arenas alongside My Chemical Romance and Nine Inch Nails. In Finland, they were last seen in 2018 as an opener for Carpenter Brut at The Circus in Helsinki - now the duo takes the stage for the first time on their own club shows.

Ticket price includes a 3 € service fee. An assistant receives free entry with the person they are assisting on the same ticket. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible restroom.
