Dubrovnik Pride-week: Syskofrenia

The Dubrovnik Pride-week programme opens on Tuesday 23.6 with Syskofrenia. Syskofrenia is a project by singer-songwriter Saga Söderström, where big emotions meet a playful musical world and energetic band sound.

"Syskofrenia's new chapter is my own rebirth as a visible and heard queer artist, and I hope our songs and concerts can be a safe place especially for those whose true self the world around them has tried to hide and who are frightened by the world's occasional cruelty. I promise that even though there is much hate and malice in the world, we are here too - those of us who choose love, connection and care over fear and hate every single day. And even though I'm also scared, standing with art and community always feels for a moment so beautiful and loving that the fear disappears.
