The JJ Explosion & Noora Louhimo

The JJ Explosion is an improvisation ensemble that experiments with various styles. The group consists of Otto Hallamaa (guitar), Markus Ojala (drums) and Juha Leppäharju (bass). At Telakka's concert, the ensemble's expression is rooted strongly in blues, as Noora Louhimo - known for her solo career - returns to her roots as the group's vocalist.

In autumn 2024, The JJ Explosion & Noora Louhimo released the digital EP "When The Magic Happens At JJ's" with the video "Coffee Break". The JJ Explosion performs only twice in 2026, and one of these concerts is on 3 July at Telakka.
