ACCESSIBILITYAn assistant can always enter the event free of charge, but the person being assisted must purchase a ticket. The "Wheelchair user + assistant" ticket is intended only for customers using a wheelchair. The "Customer + assistant" ticket is intended for all customers who need an assistant for their daily activities.

The wheelchair ramp is located only in the age-unrestricted area. Your ticket also grants access to the serving area, where age will be checked.

The contact information of customers who have purchased tickets will be provided to the organizer for information and instructions. LoopIT is celebrated at Lutakonaukio in Jyväskylä on 8 July 2026!
