The rails vibrate and the music roars! Once again. The 5000 m/s music festival arrives at the Locomotive Museum in Toijala on 24.7.2026.

The first summer of the 5000 m/s music festival received abundant praise from both audiences and media. We succeeded in creating an evening event without age restrictions and alcohol-free, where a raw atmosphere met a cultural-historical setting. Warm weather delighted festival-goers on the museum grounds, and the coolness of the locomotive depot offered refreshment and a fascinating glimpse into railway history.

The performers created a unique atmosphere that, according to feedback surveys, was immediate, open, and safe. The event offered pure joy of live music, and audiences enjoyed a diverse programme combining storytelling, energy, and surprise. As the festival's own production, impressive musical pieces were heard that highlighted Finnish music.
