Iitti Music Festival focuses on chamber music. The central venue is Iitti's over 300-year-old wooden cross church in the village centre. The festival culminates with a piano concert at the Hiidenvuori viewpoint and a midnight concert. Since its founding, the festival's artistic director has been pianist Laura Mikkola.
