Spirit Of New Orleans & Leroy Jones (USA)

The Helsinki-based jazz ensemble Spirit Of New Orleans welcomes trumpeter Leroy Jones from the USA. Jones is among the most respected soloists in his style and performs at concert halls and festivals worldwide. The ensemble was founded in 2001 and has toured between New Zealand and Norway.

The lineup includes: Leroy Jones (trumpet and vocals), Katja Toivola (trombone and ensemble leader), Riitta Paakki (piano), Teemu Keränen (bass) and Mikko Hassinen (drums). The concert runs 2 x 45 minutes with an intermission. Tickets are also available at the door.
