Family Marine Biology Excursion on Härö Island

A family-friendly marine biology excursion introduces the coastal nature of Härö Island under the guidance of an expert - we observe and explore the creatures of the shoreline together. The island is fairly easy to walk, though the rocks can be slippery in rainy weather.

The excursion begins at Härö Island's dock when the connecting ferry arriving at 12:00 reaches the island. The guided excursion is free, but the ferry is at your own expense: return ticket adults 9 €, children (7-17 years) and pensioners 6 €, under 7 years free. Card payment or MobilePay (17371) preferred. The ferry departs from Ullanlinnabryggan next to Café Ursula (Ehrenströmintie 3) - timetables: www.merenkavijat.fi.

There is no café on the island, so bring your own food. More information about the island: www.hel.fi/harakka. Raise the white wooden flag at the dock 5 minutes before the ferry's departure time.
