Accessibility: Tavastia's ground floor is accessible. There is a small threshold at the entrance with an accessible ramp, and the venue has an accessible toilet. An assistant can enter with a regular ticket for the assisted person - no separate ticket is needed. An EU disability card can be presented upon request. Cloakroom: Cloakroom costs 4 € per person. Coats and large bags must be left in the cloakroom for security reasons. The service fee mentioned on the ticket is Tiket's ticket sales fee, not the cloakroom fee.
