BRAHMS: EIN DEUTSCHES REQUIEM

Brahms' Ein deutsches Requiem comes to Lohja Church on 29 October 2026, Thursday at 19:00. Cantores Minores performs the work with Lohja City Orchestra and the visiting German choir Windsbacher Knabenchor. The programme also includes Brahms' Tragic Overture and Alto Rhapsody. Lohja Church is a medieval stone church renowned for its exceptionally extensive and well-preserved collection of medieval frescoes covering nearly the entire interior. The soloists are Tuuli Takala (soprano), Jeni Packalén (alto) and Tuomas Pursio (baritone), conducted by prof. Hannu Norjanen. Tickets 23-28 euros.
