Workshop: Life in the Old Days in Central Finland

At the Central Finland Museum's workshop, you can explore everyday life in the past: how houses were built, where food came from, how clothes were washed and ironed before household appliances, how people traveled, and what toys children played with. You can participate in the workshop at your own pace between 12:00 and 15:00.

From 14:00 to 15:30, a separate discussion "Are We Building Paradises?" takes place - focusing on architecture, society, and literature.

The event is part of Jyväskylä's Art Street autumn season opening weekend programme. The Aalto2 museum centre has free admission all day.
