Night of the Arts at Maunula House

Maunula House's Night of the Arts offers programming for both music and poetry lovers. All events are free of charge.

14-15 Summer Memories - group singing
Music room, 3rd floor
In this singing session, summer's favorite songs are performed together. Instructor: Satu Luomajoki.

15.30-18.30 Blackout Poetry workshop
Library Kuutio space
In the workshop, you can create your own poem using the blackout technique. Finished poems are displayed after the workshop ends.

17.00-18.00 Poetry Salon's open poetry stage
Library Kuutio space
Students from the Helsinki Workers' Institute's recitation course read poetry, and the stage is open to other poetry readers and performers. The theme is summer and/or the defense of art and humanity. Tea is served.

18-19 Ogeli Big Band
Maunula House courtyard
Ogeli Big Band performs at the Maunula House courtyard, playing jazz, funk, and entertainment music.
