Founded in 2013, Black Royal plays a blend of death metal and sludge that the band calls Death Blues. The band has just completed its fourth full-length album, which will be released in October 2026 through the American label M-Theory Audio. The band has toured in 15 countries across Europe, with notable shows including Tuska Festival 2018, opening for Corrosion of Conformity in 2019, and a European tour with Diabolical in 2020.

Tampere-based Egokills ends their over two-year break from performing at On The Rocks. During the break, the band recorded their fourth album - their heaviest to date, according to the band - produced by Juha Nevala. The first single "Knuckle Choke" was released in May, and the second single comes out just before the show. Egokills celebrates their 15-year career this year, during which they have performed in 13 countries and opened for Lordi, Diablo, and Turmion Kätilöt.

On The Rocks is accessible for people with mobility aids. The venue has stairs and thresholds, but staff can assist with elevator access to the downstairs club. An assistant can enter free with the assisted person's ticket. More information: https://www.rocks.fi/info
