In the Forest's Shelter - Nature Connection Workshop

In the workshop, Virpi Koskela presents how nature connection affects mental wellbeing, physical health, resilience, and creativity. Following the presentation, participants engage in related exercises, sharing their experiences through group discussion. The exercises and discussions are conducted seated in the auditorium chairs, following principles of a safe and confidential space.
The workshop is part of the multisensory exhibition "In the Forest's Shelter" and a broader event programme that explores the future of forests through art, science, and participation. The exhibition runs in Kanneltalo's gallery from 14-29 August. Other events in the programme:
