Birthday Week

Stadin Community Centre Pihlajamäki is turning 20, and the celebration week runs 31.8.-5.9.2026. In 2026, the community centre also gained its own permanent staff.

Throughout the week, free workshops open to all are held without advance registration - places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis:

Monday 31.8. Crafts workshop 13-15 (theme to be confirmed)
Tuesday 1.9. Bingo 12-13, Baking workshop: bingo pie 13.30-15.30
Wednesday 2.9. Trivia about Pihlajamäki 12-13
Thursday 3.9. Baking workshop: homemade filled rolls (time to be confirmed)
Friday 4.9. Community centre closed
Saturday 5.9. Birthday celebration with coffee and cake 11-15 as part of Pihlajamäki village festival - free entry!

Stadin Community Centre Pihlajamäki (Liusketie 3 A, entrance in the basement next to stairwell A) is open from the start of autumn term 11.8.2026, Monday-Friday 10-17.30. Programme changes are possible.
