JKL Summer - Wellness Festival at Toivola Old Yard and Old Parsonage

A two-day wellness festival brings together entrepreneurs from the wellbeing industry to Toivola Old Yard: therapists, vendors, and lecturers. Throughout the day, free lectures and interviews are offered, along with the sale of wellness products and sample treatments.

Sample treatments include Kalevala-based joint correction, zone therapy, sensorimotor training, empowerment hypnosis (K-18), Indian head massage, and guided groups such as sound journeys, gentle movement for nervous system support, hypnotic relaxation (K-18), skumpa yoga (K-18), human garage - an hour of fascial bodywork, a moment for creativity / a moment for colours (art therapy), body care and soft contemporary dance, plus combat and dance workshops.

The programme also features Lotta Aako's solo work "Dream Image from a Wakeful Night", TRE stress-release training, and music with relaxed group singing for all ages. In the basement of Toivola Yard, for the brave there is tarot card reading, introduction to energy treatments, and free drum relaxation.
