A free felting pop-up workshop takes place at Kivipankki courtyard on Thursday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. You can drop in at your own pace - no prior experience needed.

The theme is "living heritage wools": you'll get to try how wool from Finnish sheep, Kainuu grey sheep, and Åland sheep felt in different ways. The workshop is led by Sirpa Mäntylä from the Finnish Felting Association Filti.

The event is part of the "Art for All" project (https://www.kivipankki.fi/taide-kuuluu-kaikille/) and is carried out in collaboration with the Finnish Felting Association Filti. The project has received EU rural funding from the Leader Vesuri group.
