Guided walking tour of Finnish sauna culture

A Finnish local guide leads a walking tour exploring sauna culture in Helsinki and public saunas. The route passes the city's main attractions and ends at Senate Square. The tour is conducted in English.

Along the way, you'll learn about the history of the sauna and its significance today, practice sauna-related vocabulary in Finnish, and receive tips on responsible sauna-related travel souvenirs.

Starting point: the Laulupuut sculpture in front of the Music House on the Citizen's Square side. The tour runs 13.7.-7.9.2026 every Monday from 10.00 to 12.00.
