Good Mood Group - Seasons of Creativity

The Good Mood Group meets every other Monday from 13.00 to 14.30 between 7 September and 30 November 2026 in the Blue Room at Entressen Library.

The programme includes relaxation exercises, crafts, and inspiring text passages to support creative work. Coffee, tea, and biscuits are provided. Participation is free, and you can join the sessions that suit you.

The group is for adults. Sessions are led by staff from Hyvä koti and the library.
