Lawyer Consultation at Töölö Library

Lawyer consultation is held at Töölö Library on Mondays 7.9., 21.9., 5.10., 19.10., 2.11., 16.11., 30.11., and 14.12. The service is available in Finnish only.

Volunteer lawyers provide free initial legal advice on various matters. The lawyer assesses whether additional expert help is needed and refers clients to an appropriate lawyer or authority if necessary. No documents are drafted and larger cases are not handled during these consultations. Each client is allocated approximately 15 minutes, and conversations are confidential.

Advance booking is mandatory: appointments can only be reserved on the Thursday before the consultation from 8:00 a.m. by calling 09 310 85025.

The consultation service is organized by the Helsinki Bar Association.
