Aknestik - Vien sun sydämen pohjoiseen 40th Anniversary Tour

Aknestik takes the stage at Tavastia on 9.9.2026 as part of the "Vien sun sydämen pohjoiseen" 40th anniversary tour. The band was founded in summer 1986 on the way to Roskilde, when founders Takalo and Latvalehto were heading to see Sielun Veljiet. After intense years, the group wound down in 2002 under unclear circumstances, but has since played occasional shows. Both within and outside the band, there is agreement that the group has never been in better form.

Accessibility: Tavastia's ground floor is accessible. There is a small threshold at the entrance with an accessible ramp, and the venue has an accessible toilet.
