Milana Sagadeeva: Quiet Moments (art exhibition)

Quiet Moments is a collection of small paintings in which Milana Sagadeeva interprets the surrounding world through colour, light and composition. The artist, who lives in Espoo, works with watercolour, oil and soft pastels - oil and soft pastels are her most natural tools for expressing mood and feeling.

Most of the works on display are painted directly from nature, while others are based on observed moments. Sagadeeva describes her approach as intuitive, without fixed rules: for her, conveying atmosphere matters more than precise representation.

The exhibition is open during the library's opening hours.
