Employer Meeting - Family Care, West Uusimaa Wellbeing Region

The Family Care unit of the West Uusimaa Wellbeing Region is recruiting new foster, reception, and support families at a recruitment event.

The event begins with a presentation on foster parenthood at 12:00. After the presentation, all interested candidates can participate in interviews. The event concludes once all applicants have been interviewed - possibly before 15:00. If you have a CV, bring it along, but it is not required. Representatives from the City of Espoo will also be present to provide job-search guidance.

Family care in child protection means arranging the care and upbringing of a child in a foster home. Foster families are needed for children of various ages with individual needs, and placements can be short-term or long-term. Previous experience in foster parenthood is not necessary - the wellbeing region provides training, support, and guidance for the role. Applicants are expected to have an interest in supporting the wellbeing of children and young people, and a willingness to commit to a long-term and responsible role.

The event is free and open to all job seekers.
