Borrow a Mother from the Library

Is your mother far away or no longer reachable? During Helsinki Design Week, you can borrow a mother who speaks Finnish as her native language from Rikhardinkatu Library. The mother is an experienced parent of four children.

You can chat with the mother or have coffee on the library's summer terrace. You can also choose from the available options what kind of service you need at that moment. The mother cannot be taken out of the library building, and the borrowing age limit is 18 years.

TU 1.9. 10-18 - walk-in, drop by and ask for the mother
WE 2.9. 10-18 - book the mother in advance (the booking link will appear on the page about 3 weeks before the event)
