Kamurun 2026

Kamurun is a running event held for the first time on 2.9.2026 from 18.00 to 19.00 on the running track at Pirkkalas sports park. Participants run the course accompanied by live folk music.

The music is performed by Huippu-yhtye, a six-member ensemble whose members met at the Helsinki Sibelius Academy and formed the group in autumn 2023. Their repertoire consists of original compositions based on contemporary folk music.

Participation fee is 10 € in advance (reduced rate 8 €) from Holvi Shop or 12 € on site. Changing rooms and shower facilities are available at Pirkkalas sports park.
