The Samurai of Prog - Klubb Ankdamm

The Samurai of Prog (TSOP) is a progressive rock collective known for its cinematic concept albums, symphonic arrangements, and Ed Unitskyʼs visual style. The band has sold over 30,000 albums worldwide, with a catalogue spanning more than 20 releases from 2011ʼs Undercover to 2024ʼs The Time Machine.

The band was founded in 1999 by bassist Marco Bernard. Finnish drummer Kimmo Pörsti and American multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Steve Unruh soon joined. TSOP has collaborated with Jon Davison (Yes), Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings), Steve Hackett (Genesis), Ton Scherpenzeel (Camel, Kayak), and Clive Nolan (Pendragon).

On the 2026 European tour, the band takes the stage for the first time with this line-up: Marco Grieco (keyboards), Toni "Tony Riveryman" Jokinen (guitar), Risto Salmi (saxophones, EWI), Bona Sandström (vocals), Jan-Olof Strandberg (bass), and Kimmo Pörsti (drums).
