Sointi Jazz Orchestra: Agatha

Sointi Jazz Orchestra brings Kerkko Koskinen's Agatha to Malmitalo in Helsinki on Friday, 18 September. This is one of two Finnish dates on the orchestra's tour. Agatha blends jazz and classical music, drawing inspiration from Agatha Christie's work. Koskinen's first major instrumental composition premiered nearly 20 years ago and is now performed in its full scope. The cinematic work has long captivated the composer. Tickets cost 28.90 euros or 11.10 euros at the reduced rate.
