Mona Mannevuo as Author Guest

Vantaa Libraries' autumn tour "What Does the Future Look Like?" continues on 30.9.2026 at 18.00 in Hakunila Library. This year's theme explores the future from the perspectives of everyday life, society, and imagination.

The guest is Mona Mannevuo, who discusses her non-fiction book The Age of Exhaustion: From Nervous Exhaustion to Brain Fog (Gaudeamus, 2025). The book examines what exhaustion, neuroses, stress, and brain fog actually are - and how modern society has created them.
