NOËP (EST)

Estonian pop artist NOËP performs at On The Rocks on 16 September. NOËP has accumulated over 90 million streams on Spotify with his blend of electronic and indie pop. In early 2022, he won four awards at Estonia's music awards (EMA) - male artist of the year, pop artist, album of the year, and pop album for his debut album "No Man Is An Island". In autumn 2023, NOËP hosted Estonia's first stadium concert by a domestic artist in Tallinn, which drew 14,000 spectators.
