Fredi Lilius is a 52-year-old stand-up comedian from Tampere who has lived with ADHD his entire life - and survived without a nuclear explosion or World War III. In the show, he tells how four letters show up in everyday life: in the role of husband and family man, at work, and in that moment when he has simultaneously taken on five work tasks in five different places.

ADHD is diagnosed increasingly often in the 2020s, and for many it is a challenge in daily life. Fredi doesn't promise answers to all questions, but offers a personal example of how ADHD can be managed - and how it can become a superpower.
