Doctor Getto has been described as "KPC's most mysterious member" and is particularly known for his smoky and punchy rhymes. Early in his career, he was a member of the rap group Korstoraatio, after which he pursued a solo career. As a representative of Memphis sound, he has collaborated with artists including Gettomasa, Lauri Haavi, Kriso, and Lytä. His multi-million-streamed double singles include GG Allin/Doctor Getto, Dogman/Swan Mark Guy, and Yo!(home parties)/Doctor's Story.

His collaboration with Lytä has been particularly intense in recent years. At the end of 2020, the duo released the album Lyttä & Doctor Getto!!, and in March 2024 came the self-released album Two Names. In January 2026, Doctor Getto released his first solo album KEPEET MULLAT, from which the singles ADHD, Rapper Is Stupid, and Kepeet Mullat have been released.
