Kelly Moran is a pianist and producer who has devoted her career to exploring the sonic possibilities of the piano. In her solo work, she has employed John Cage-inspired prepared piano and improvisation-based techniques. Her collaborators include FKA twigs, Telefon Tel Aviv, Yves Tumor, Kelsey Lu, Oneohtrix Point Never, and The Avalanches. Her albums have been featured on year-end best-of lists in classical music, avant-garde, electronic music, and metal.

About her latest album Moves in the Field (2024), Clash Music wrote: "The album is Kelly Moran's finest work to date and shows why she is entirely in a class of her own." Spin Magazine said of the album Don't Trust Mirrors (2025): "This is a deceptively beautiful album where every experimental choice works."
