Do You Hear Your Heart's Call? - Retreat

A weekend retreat focused on stabilizing the nervous system and clarifying intuition and the voice of the heart. The retreat lasts two days (Friday-Sunday) and accommodates a maximum of 10 participants. It runs when at least five people have registered.

The programme unfolds in phases: first we return to the body and presence, then we explore understanding the nervous system's principles - why the body's state affects intuition and thinking so deeply. Over the weekend, we practice listening to our inner wisdom and distinguishing authentic intuitive knowledge from old stories coloured by fear.

The retreat is held in a lakeside villa with an outdoor pool. The villa is located near the hiking trails of South Konnevesi National Park in Konnevesi.
