Paiste-lava: Valley Below

Valley Below is an acoustic folk duo founded by AP Kivinen and Heikki Jyväsjärvi in the summer of 2003. The start was humble: original songs, Jyväskylä's pedestrian street, then the Poppari stage and an acoustic summer tour. The principle was clear from the beginning - only original material. "Dog, you're dancing on your own way!"

The lineup later expanded to a five-piece band and released two albums on their own label in 2007-10. After years away, the original duo has returned with new material.

On Villa Rana's courtyard stage, expect a set of Valley Below songs with a singer-songwriter feel and the pulse of pop music. It's folk'n'roll, folks!
