BALTIC SEA DAY: My Sea - Film Screening

The film takes viewers into the depths of the sea and through the labyrinth of the archipelago, where a seafarer encounters the sea in many forms - including a friend who has been wronged. The story is narrated by actors Irina Björklund, Martti Suosalo and Taneli Mäkelä.

Songwriters Timo Kiiskinen and Timo Hietala wrote the title song, performed by Irina Björklund and the women of Värttinä. The film's music was composed by a group led by Pasi Lyytikäinen, a composition teacher at the Sibelius Academy: Erke Eriksen, Jenni Isoaho and Airi Salmela.
