Tertan Startti 2026

Tertan Startti is a traditional introduction event for new students in social welfare and healthcare at Savonia. Students starting in autumn 2026 participate, as well as those who began in spring 2026. This year's theme is POLTTARIT 🥳🕺 - prepare your celebration group in advance!

The day starts with preparations at Campus Heart from 13:00 to 16:00, where groups make banners, come up with group chants, and can earn points beforehand. Each group receives an important little "friend" from the preparations to take along the station circuit - it's worth being there. The station circuit begins with a gathering at Satamatori at 17:00, and stations are visited around Kuopio city centre with the help of group tutors until 21:00. 🪩🔥

The group that collects the most points gets its name on the trophy and extra money for group bonding. Prize distribution takes place at the after-party at PiPo starting at 21:00. 🏆
