Ville Hiltunen: Ribbit 1000011 (art exhibition)

Ville Hiltunen is a self-taught artist from Espoo. He has received formal training alongside his media studies: from Paavo Paunen's summer course in painting and from a course at the workers' institute led by Taija Rahikkala.

Hiltunen works intuitively - a new piece begins from a loosely sketched direction, sometimes without any preconceived idea at all. The human figure, nature, and experience recur as themes throughout his work.
