Kankaan Comedy Club

Kankaan Sauna hosts three stand-up comedy evenings in autumn 2026. Each night is hosted by a professional comedian and features a curated lineup of performers. On 30 October, MC Ida Grönlund will host the evening.

Ida Grönlund is an experienced stand-up comedian, screenwriter, and author who has toured stand-up stages for over twenty years. On stage she is gentle, calm, and rather absent-minded - her humour is light and good-natured, sometimes a bit odd, with occasional darker undertones.

Tickets in advance 17 €, group discounts 12 €, at the door 20 €. Age limit K-18, alcohol served. The comedians for the evening are selected in advance; we reserve the right to make changes to the programme. The current list of performers can be found on the events' Facebook pages.

The venue is Kankaan Sauna, Kympinkatu 3, 40320 Jyväskylä - a red brick building with a tall tower. You can reach the sauna by bus (stops Kangas 1 & Kangas 2 are right next to it), by bicycle, or by car. Free parking is marked with the sign Juhlatila KANGAS; from Jyväs Park car park it is only a few dozen metres to the sauna. Cancellation terms: a booking can be cancelled free of charge if there is at least 1 day until the event. For bookings within 24 hours, the full price is charged. The booking can be transferred to another person. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, the money will be refunded.
