Basic Graphics Course, Soft Ground

Soft ground is a metal-printing technique in which textures - such as from plants or fabrics - are transferred onto a prepared copper plate using a press. Another working method is drawing: paper is placed on the prepared plate, and the drawn image reveals the copper beneath, which is then etched.

The course is organized by Galleria Ratamo. A maximum of 12 participants are accepted. Registration is open from 12.8.2026 to 2.10.2026, and the course fee is 35 €.
