Keval Shah: Piano Concert

Pianist Keval Shah, born in London, performs solo piano music written for him by composer Reena Esmail. Together they have created a body of work whose sonic world reflects the diversity of their identities and influences - and it resists easy categorization.

The work was first heard at the Flow festival in Helsinki in 2025. Now Shah brings the performance to Oodi Central Library, a building that embodies the values that have shaped his life in Finland and from which this artistic material originates: space, silence, and autonomy.

The event takes place on the Saarikoski carpet on the 3rd floor on 14.9. at 10.00. Organizers: Konstantin Kondrukhov and Oodi Central Library.
