Open Art Workshop: Charming Fringes

In this workshop, we draw inspiration from the ryijy weavings in the Collection Kakkonen exhibition and weave a shared ryijy together by tying different threads. Each maker's personal touch is freely visible in the growing textile artwork.

The drop-in workshop runs on 26.9.2026 from 13.00 to 15.00, and you can join at any time that suits you. The event is suitable for all ages - children participate with an adult, but adults are also welcome to come alone. No Finnish language skills are required.
