Planetbic and Planetary Workshops - Project Closing Celebration

The Planetbic and Planetary Workshops project closing celebration is open to everyone interested in activities related to science, art, and sustainable transformation. The evening is also an opportunity to meet people for whom a viable planet matters - or simply to hang out in a relaxed atmosphere.

The evening begins with a project presentation: the project funded by the Maj and Tor Nessling Foundation and carried out in collaboration with JYU.Wisdom (1.9.25-30.8.26) will be presented in full. Stand-up comedian Iikka Kivi then takes the stage with a set on the theme "Special Relationship with Nature", and DJ Soul Valpio provides the evening's rhythms. Welcome drinks and light snacks will also be served.

The project's annual outputs are also on display at the Old School demolition site art exhibition. Workshop partners have included Jyvälä Girls' House, JYU.Integra, JYU.Sports, Monikulttuuritalo Gloria, the Finnish Craft Museum, and Ossi Valpio & Joni Vanhanen.
