Senior Disco

From floor to ceiling in disco rhythm! Disco arrived in Finland 60 years ago, and the anniversary is celebrated with a daytime event at Oodi. The master of ceremonies is the legendary DJ Börje.

DJ Börje, or Bore Wanner (born 1948), has been spinning records since 1970 and is counted among the pioneers of the disco scene in Finland. He worked as a professional DJ for nearly 20 years until the late 1980s, and he has performed over 300 times in a year.

The venue has a liquor license.
